SPEAKING & KEYNOTES

Bold talks for rooms full of quiet experts.

Being great at what you do isn't enough if the right people can't see your value. Through practical, engaging talks on personal branding and positioning, audiences learn how to build a brand that earns recognition, trust, and opportunities.

No hype, no theater. I tell the truth, I tell stories, and I give people frameworks they can use Monday morning.

Signature talks

Every talk below is built on the same conviction: your audience already has the expertise. What they're missing is the positioning that makes the market finally see it. Each session is customized to your event, your audience, and your format - keynote, workshop, panel, or podcast.

TALK 1

Bold Women, Bold Authority: Building a Personal Brand That Matches Your Expertise

The most qualified woman in the room is usually the least visible - not from lack of confidence, but because she was trained to let the work speak for itself. This talk replaces "louder" with "unmistakable."

Takeaways

  • the difference between being credible and being positioned
  • how to claim expertise publicly without feeling like a billboard
  • the three brand decisions that come before any post, headline, or website

TALK 2

Why Expertise Alone Won't Make You an Authority

20 years of experience. Real credentials. Work that speaks for itself - to the handful of people who've actually seen it. Meanwhile, the market keeps choosing louder people with thinner resumes, and it isn't an accident: authority is built from positioning, point of view, and proof, and expertise only supplies one of the three. This talk shows your audience where the other two come from.

Takeaways

  • what authority is actually made of - and why credentials cover only a third of it
  • why the most qualified person in the market rarely gets the call
  • the sequence for turning expertise into recognized authority, starting long before you post

TALK 3

Personal Branding for Experts Who Hate Self-Promotion

Most experts don't struggle because they lack experience-they struggle because talking about themselves feels uncomfortable. Here's the shift this talk delivers: self-promotion is a symptom of weak positioning. When your brand already answers what you do, who it's for, and why you - the promoting is done before you say a word. This talk shows audiences how to build a personal brand that earns trust and attracts opportunities without pretending to be someone they're not.

Takeaways

  • why "visibility" advice fails people with substance
  • how to talk about your work so it reads as evidence, not bragging
  • getting known for your thinking without becoming a content machine

TALK 4

Positioned to Be Chosen: The Brand Decisions That Do the Selling for You

The strongest brands don't win by being louder-they win by being clearer. This talk reveals the strategic decisions that make businesses easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to choose before the sales conversation even begins.

Takeaways

  • the positioning decisions that determine whether you're compared or chosen
  • why an unclear brand forces you to sell harder
  • the positioning decisions that influence buying decisions

Every talk is built for your room, not recycled from the last one. For Seattle Tech Week, I surveyed registrants before the event and built the session around their answers - that's the standard. On stage, no hype and no theater. I tell the truth, I tell stories, and I give people frameworks they can use Monday morning. Your audience won't leave inspired and empty. They'll leave with decisions made.

Don't see the exact fit? Every engagement starts with a conversation about your audience.

I build the talk around them, in the same way I build brands: from the inside out.

About Noemi

Noemi Ceapa is a personal branding and business branding strategist who spent 12+ years in brand strategy at Coca-Cola, L'Oréal, Colgate, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

When she launched her own consultancy, she spent her first year exactly where many of her clients are now: fully credentialed and completely invisible.

The way out wasn't more confidence or more content - it was applying the same positioning, messaging, and differentiation discipline she'd used on global brands to herself.

That process became the Inside-Out Method™, the foundation of her work at The Consulting Studio, where she helps women entrepreneurs who've built businesses around their expertise turn that expertise into thought leadership - and become the obvious choice in their market.

She's a published author in Voices of the 21st Century and a mentor with Founder Institute Seattle and The Small Business Association in the US.

From the rooms I've spoken to

Jamie Williams, Chapter Director at NARPM

Noemi accepted speaking at our local Chapter meeting with just 3 days notice and did such an amazing job! She brought a presentation on company branding that she skilfully tailored to our industry, and walked everyone through it in such an engaging style. It generated a lot of conversation and interaction, with members asking a lot of questions. She also had good teacher skills, she gave everyone time to think through the content they just saw, but without letting the conversation die down. I'm recommending her to our other regional Chapter meetings!

Brailin Paulino, Founder & CEO

Noemi was the perfect partner & co-presenter in our 4 day event. We worked on this multi-day program for 5 months, and she arrived at every session with strategic ideas, practical exercises, and unique expertise that allowed us to create a powerful event. She tailored every idea to the specific needs of our audience. Her lectures: her storytelling, her lessons, and tips about complex branding concepts were so powerful, yet clear, simple, and understandable. Her authentic, direct, and warm presence created safety while challenging people to think bigger. She was incredibly proactive about collaborating on the proper structures, flows, and content. She always thought about what would serve our audience best. She was easy to work with and brought serious expertise to every session. Our partnership has been ideal and has opened the door for more partnership in the future. She set a very high standard for me and what I consider effective, efficient, and powerful partnership!
